RESOURCES

Many of the organisations and resources gathered here have been founded by families who have walked their own paths through loss. Along the way, some of the people behind them have become dear friends to our family — people whose experiences, perspectives, generosity and resources have made a deeply meaningful difference to our own journey.

We have watched them pour countless hours into creating spaces, resources and support for others, often while carrying their own grief. We are incredibly grateful for the work they continue to do.

None of us has all the answers. But together, we can support each other so much more. We hope this page can be a small place to start — a collection of people and organisations who understand that grief can look different for everyone, and that sometimes the most meaningful support comes simply from knowing there are others willing to walk alongside you.

You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Sometimes finding the right place to start is enough.
